"FRESH, FRESH, FRESH, ORGANIC BREADS" Will Bruce Baker/cabinet maker has a passion for baking and a strong belief that organic growing is better for the soil and all its life forms, the planet and us. So we use all organic grains, flours and seeds.  We mill our own flour (excpet the white flour) from organic Canadian grains, and all our salt is hand harvested from salt marshes. Will keeps four differnt sourdoughs going; rye, spelt, whole wheat and white wheat. He bakes in both a commercial convection. and a european farmhouse wood fired oven depending on the season. Vicky,(an artist the rest of the week,) loves her saturday social time at the market while Will catches some zzz's after a long night of baking. If you Love a Good Chew, we have potato/oat bread, multigrain bread, 100% Rye bread, foccacia, bagels and the ever popular "Will's Wicked" Cinnamon Buns.

Feel free to pre-order via email to be sure you get what you're looking for - we often sell out!

Our main product is Cornish hens, which are very popular at the market.

We have recently introduced our new line of water buffalo yogurt at the Farmers' Market!

Our buffalo graze exclusively from April through until October which means our yogurt is 100% grass fed during those months. During the winter when the grass is not growing and grazing is not an option, we feed grass silage and non-GMO corn silage. We do not feed grain of any kind. We are happy to discuss our reasons for choosing to feed corn silage during the winter months so stop by the Farmers' Market and ask away!

At Blue Moon Winery and Ciderworx we gather and ferment the flavors of the land to offer you hand-crafted award winning spirited fruit wines and sparkling hard ciders. Our inspiration comes from the scrumptious organic fruits collected from Vancouver Island, the ancient history of the craft of fermentation and the lively traditions we now seek to revive. What happens when you ferment an apple or a berry? We love finding out! Wine and Cider-making on the farm is a process of discovery - a combination of chemistry, ecology, alchemy, engineering, wishful thinking, old world wisdom, farm ingenuity and adventurous experimentation. Our farm fresh flowers will make you smile for weeks. Grown ethically and sustainably, seasonal flowers provide the habitat and food source for our honey, mason and bumble bees.
