"FRESH, FRESH, FRESH, ORGANIC BREADS" Will Bruce Baker/cabinet maker has a passion for baking and a strong belief that organic growing is better for the soil and all its life forms, the planet and us. So we use all organic grains, flours and seeds. We mill our own flour (excpet the white flour) from organic Canadian grains, and all our salt is hand harvested from salt marshes. Will keeps four differnt sourdoughs going; rye, spelt, whole wheat and white wheat. He bakes in both a commercial convection. and a european farmhouse wood fired oven depending on the season. Vicky,(an artist the rest of the week,) loves her saturday social time at the market while Will catches some zzz's after a long night of baking.
